2015 Honda Fit Release DateIf you’ve been waiting around for the 2015 Honda Fit to hit our showroom at Silko Honda, well, you won’t have to wait too much longer. The latest Fit is slated for release this year, and Honda officially debuted the model at the Detroit Auto Show. So, read on to learn all we know about the upcoming Honda Fit, including why we think it’s going to be a pretty great seller here at Silko Honda.

Redesigned Inside and Out

As we said, the 2015 Honda Fit was officially presented to the world this past January in Detroit, and we were just as excited as you to hear more about it. A complete redesign of the vehicle, it differentiates itself from the current model while also remaining true to the foundations of the Fit name.

Despite having the same size footprint as the previous generation, the 2015 model has improved interior space, making it easier to fit you and your friends—or you and your cargo—than before. Add in a quieter ride and the same responsive handling drivers expect from the Fit, and it promises a fun driving experience.

Performance and Features

The 130-hp 1.5L four-cylinder is sure to give you the power you need, and when you combine it with the standard features Honda is making available, we think it will be easy for them to hit their projected goal of 1.5 million units by 2016. Some of those standard features include:

  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • Rearview camera system

And then when it comes to options, you have Honda’s LaneWatch technology as well as a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, push button start, a moonroof, and more.
